About Dani
Dani Morey caught her first trout at the age of 5 and has, to use a cliche, been hooked on fishing ever since! In fact, her passion for fishing became so intense that she even resigned from a job when her boss refused a holiday request to go fishing.
Dani is never happier than when in waders or wellies and now spends her time introducing as many people to salmon fishing as possible. She finds no greater reward than the thrill of excitement on someone’s face when they hook their first fish or begin to master the art of Spey casting. She has a relaxed and humorous approach to this lifestyle and enjoys sharing her lifelong passion with both seasoned professionals and those completely new to the sport. She believes in breaking down barriers, not least preconceived ideas that fishing is a male-dominated sport and is relishing her role of introducing as many women as possible to the sport.
Dani organises charity fundraising days as well as guiding clients alongside other professionals. She has over 25 years experience of salmon fishing in the UK and many contacts connected to the rivers.
